Body Cleansing Tea

This tea is for clear skin, to promote the immune system, and to help remove toxins from the bloodstream.

3 tsp chopped young nettle leaves
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp lavendar flowers
juice of 1/2 a lemon

Be careful with nettle though. Some people have allergic reactions to it that usually results in rashes.

1 TBSP grated ginger root
7-10 cloves
2-3 cinnamon sticks
4-5 peppercorns

Gently simmer these herbs in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes. Strain and add a little milk and honey, and if you like, 1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Share this tea with your lover after a romantic meal (spicy, to get the blood flowing) and see what happens!
